Juzeler Service Set for Monday Morning
Funeral services announced for John J. Juzeler to be held Monday at ten at L A Jones funeral home with Dr F W Eastwood of the Presbyterian church officiating, burial in Elm Grove cemetery. Juzeler died yesterday at his home 21 North Second Avenue after years of heart trouble. He was born June 23 1855 in Westleyden New York and lived in Washington for 25 years. He is survived by two sons Earl and Hamiland, two brothers Fred and Godfrey, and a sister Lydia, all of Washington.

Sinn Released After Bail Bonds Posted In Embezzlement Case
Bail bonds for Raymond Sinn were furnished yesterday evening and he was released from the county jail. Bonds of 2000 were signed by his father E A Sinn of Story county J C Buenneke of Ainsworth and G Schmeoeller. Sinn had been arraigned before Justice J E Bovee on embezzlement charges and faces possible disposal at the September term of the Washington county district court. The former state banking department examiner was arrested last Saturday in Denver and brought here for allegedly embezzling about 6000 in his bank liquidation work.

Hundreds March in Dutch Creek Parade and Play Day

Washington Rain Starts About Noon
The general rain that covered the state last night and today struck Washington shortly before noon. It was light but may continue for a considerable period. From Des Moines came reports the rain reached the north and west parts early this morning, settling dust storms and reviving grain fields and pastures. It was the first general rain in Iowa for 33 days. Rain was predicted in much of the state tonight and Sunday. A temperature drop preceded the rain with the low near 45.
