New Citizens Association Formed in Washington Iowa
A large turnout at Smouse's Hall last night launched the New Citizens Association of Washington Iowa. Leaders adopted articles of incorporation and by laws, elected a nine member board, set dues, and planned the first meeting for May 22 in Smouse's Hall.
