Three Injured in Kalona Crash
A head on collision two and a half miles northwest of Kalona left Clyde Felzke and Mrs Harold Littwiller in serious condition. Mr Littwiller sustained injuries but is less seriously hurt. All suffered facial head and body injuries. Mrs Littwiller was unconscious for hours.

Death Takes Keota Girl 14 in Heart Illness
Funeral services for Ruby Berry fourteen daughter of Mr and Mrs John Berry were held at the Methodist church in Keota. She had long been in poor health and spent months at Iowa City University Hospital before dying at home from heart trouble and complications. Four young girls served as pallbearers and burial was in Keota Cemetery. Relatives and friends from the county attended.
