An Indoor Conservatory For Children In The Home
A simple framed glass box with a zinc bottom becomes a child’s mini conservatory. Fill with moist soil, plant coco palm fern begonia and asparagus fern or sow germ seeds like geraniums oats and sweet alyssum. Keep in sunlight with light daily air exchange, and consider moss hepatica and local greenery for variety. The project encourages outdoor garden interest and suggests starting a kindergarten.
