Daughter of Former Pastor Here Is Dead
Mrs. Sara Conner Buchanan died in a Helena hospital on April 11 after a long illness and was buried in Great Falls on April 14. A former local resident, she was the daughter of Rev. A. Conner, a longtime pastor of the Second United Presbyterian church. She graduated with the class of 1881, taught locally, then moved to Great Falls where she married Patrick Buchanan, who predeceased her. Survived by sisters Mrs. J. D. Buchanan and Jennie Conner of Palo Alto, California, and a cousin of the late Margaret Duff.
