CANON CITY Colo March 30 Raymond Noakes and Arthur Osborn were hanged at the state penitentiary for the murder of Fred N Selak Hermit of Grand Lake. Noakes died at 1240 a m and Osborn at 115 am. The public execution followed secrecy under Colorado law and used the mechanical gallows.
