Death of Millard L. Rickey in Kalona
Millard L. Rickey, about 35, died suddenly last night after pneumonia from a cold. Born in Pilotsburg, he lived in the county all his life and rose from clerk to partner with S. E. Parker in the dry goods and grocery business. He leaves a wife and several children, and served as secretary of a Mason lodge for eight years and was a member of K P and other orders.

Miss Reynolds of the Wim. Owen Co. became lost in a city housing six to ten thousand people. Montgomery's on East Washington street before asking the opera house crowd to guide her back.
