Conklin trial hums with testimony as jurors hear details

Large crowds fill the courthouse for the Conklin trial with testimony largely unchanged from the first trial. Witnesses include Mrs. Bateman and Mr. Kemble of Oskaloosa. coroner Woodruff testifies on the death of Alice Conklin and the exhumations. Judge Ryan maintains order as evidence describes the scene, burns, and possible poison indicators.
