New York dispatch reports Mrs. Harry Thaw will file for annulment today asserting Harry K Thaw was insane at the time of the marriage. The divorcing spouses, Evelyn Thaw and Harry K Thaw, will likely proceed without alimony or surveillance, and a trial is anticipated.
Soon after Colonel Bartlett's remarks became public A. Russell Peabody, personal counsel for Thaw, went to Matteawan where Thaw has been confined in the asylum for the criminal insane since his last trial. After a talk with his client Peabody returned to the city and by appointment
Daniel O Reilly acting for Evelyn Thaw announced plans to file papers seeking annulment on grounds that Harry Thaw was insane at the 1905 marriage. Peabody said Thaw will defend. Mrs Thaw denies active involvement and no demand for settlement was made.
Lexington March 11. Counsel for Culeh Powers will appeal to Governor Wilson to act at once on pardon petitions. About 100000 signatures have been gathered. Powers hopes a pardon will allow him to pursue a bid for Congress.

Montgomery Alabama reports the Country club pleaded guilty to selling liquor in violation of state laws and was fined 50 dollars. Recently Beauvier club in the same city received a similar fine.

A man alleged to carry nitro glycerin attempted to rob Merchants National Bank in Omaha. He was lured to a restaurant for a meal and arrested. the bottle proved non explosive. The man claimed to be L I Fee of Rockford AI.

New York March 11 Mrs Rheus Miller said to have been the only actual Daughter of the Revolution in this state is dead at the home of her daughter at Mount Vernon. She was born at Stamford Connecticut April 12 1807 and her father was Colonel Seth Webb who served as lieutenant of coast under Captain Reuben Scofield.
