Mrs Selma Edwards of Davenport was charged with contributing to the delinquency of her 13 year old daughter after allowing the girl to stay out late with three men. She appeared before Police Magistrate John L McSwigg and received a 30 day suspended jail term. The three men Ben Hall James McDonald and John McDonald also received similar suspensions on the charge.
