John Fletcher Taken By Death in Crawfordsville
John Townsend Fletcher died yesterday at six at his Crawfordsville home. Born November 28 1863 in Sheffield Illinois he came to this community at age 21 with his parents. He married Carrie White October 3 1489 and Laura Menefee January 15 1814. Survived by four children from first wife six grandchildren and many siblings. He drove school hacks for 21 years and was a Presbyterian church member. Funeral Wednesday at two at the Presbyterian church with Rev S F Wenger officiating. Burial in Crawfordsville cemetery.
