Col Charles A Lindbergh and Captain Emilio Carranza departed CURTISS FIELD for Detroit at 1705 hours in separate planes. Carranza flew Lindberghs Ryan monoplane while Lindbergh piloted a Curtiss falcon mailplane with passengers Abelardo V Martinez and Edmund L Noonan aboard. Man Held in Liquor Transport Case in Washington County
James McCaleb of Brighton was arrested by Sheriff Charles M. Denison and Deputy Fred Sweet on illegal transportation of intoxicating liquor.
