Word has been received of the death of Walter Arthur 83 former resident and plumber in Washington. He and Will Matucha ran a shop later sold to Ream and Carson in 1916. Burial planned in Harvey Illinois. Survived by wife Emma Keifer Richmond two children Merle and Mrs Helen Swick Harvey Ill and Mrs Carol Stout Moline Ill. Also surviving are several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Two Skeletons Found In Burned Des Moines Area Farm House
Bones of two adults were found with a 12 gauge shotgun in a burned farm house 12 miles southeast of Des Moines. Authorities, baffled by the deaths, consider murder possible but not certain. An anthropologist began reconstructing the remains to identify the victims. The house had been unoccupied for years and the deaths occurred after June 4. No sign of arson or deliberate burning.

Bomb Thrown at U S Saigon Office Amid Anti American Demonstrations
In Saigon Indochina terrorists believed to be communists hurled a hand grenade at the United States Information Office injuring a Frenchman.
