Wayland Mennonite Anniversary Observance Marks 75th Year
Wayland area events mark the 75th anniversary of Wayland Mennonite Church from June 14 to 18. Past ministers recalled memories, greetings came from families, and a basket dinner followed worship. The church was organized in 1900 with 56 charter members and early leaders. Local families hosted gatherings as cancer society activities and school fund drives continued in Washington County.
