Birthday party marks ten years of Schantz-Mitchell Legion Post
The Schantz-Mitchell American Legion Post celebrated its 10th anniversary with a "fun night" at the Legion Hall in Crawfordsville. About forty attendees included Mr. and Mrs. Claude McCoy of Washington, with Claude named the oldest member. George Fulton and Steve Fletcher won high and low in court whist, while Meda Fulton and Marie Lowe won the ladies prizes. Larry Black took the door prize and Helen Lease the lucky chair prize.
