Planned Social Series At Washington Country Club

Sun Blind Ford Driver Crashes At Intersection Pole
A Washington bound driver from Brighton Iowa named C A Poore crashed into the southwest corner pole at the square early morning, breaking the pole and damaging his Ford. He blamed the sun glare but offered no strong drink. The century old poles at each corner have rarely been damaged by cars before.
