KOJE ISLAND Korea Brig Gen Haydon L Beatner said Tuesday he is convinced he has in custody the long sought Czar of Koje the Communist leader who ruled the drunken une prison camp on the island. He said the man is one of seven leaders believed responsible for murdering non Communist prisoners at Compound 77. Trial probable before U N and South Korea authorities as Kangaroo courts operated after the murders.

Drag River for Bodies of Drowning Victims

Funeral services for Henry A Pringle at Brighton
Henry Arnold Pringle died Monday at Mt. Pleasant hospital from pneumonia. Funeral services are Thursday at 2 p.m. at Omar Hoskins funeral home with Rev. EF EB Voss officiating. Burial will be in Richland. He was born August 17 1847 near Richland, youngest of eight, son of Harvey and Sarah Pringle. He lived with his mother in Brighton then with a sister.
