Kenneth Goodwin a Washington house moving contractor was seriously hurt Friday when a heavy chain broke during a Davenport operation. The chain struck his face and head breaking his jaw in three places. He was operated on at Mercy hospital and is expected to be moved to Washington county hospital as his condition improves.
