Washington Iowa Water Works and Electric Light Ordinance
Ordinance 161 establishes the Water Works and Electric Light Department, repeals Ordinance 310, and sets administration rules, rates, and penalties. It creates a superintendent and auditor, defines terms, regulates service pipes hydrants meters and connections, and outlines rates and enforcement. The measure is effective June 1 1925.
