Extensions for Iowa tax reimbursement claims set to October
The deadline to file Iowa Disabled and Senior Citizens property tax and rent reimbursement claims was extended to October 31, 1975 at Governor Ray's request. Visitors to Conger House in Washington can ring a 115 year old brass door bell and view original double doors recently restored. A stolen car owned by Cloyd McCoy of Washington was recovered in Kokomo, Indiana, after being taken by two youths from Mt. Pleasant.

State truck damaged in crash near Ainsworth
