No Speed Record at Louisville Turtle Release Find

Letts Woman Named New State Farm Bureau Women’s Chair
Des Moines July 24 Mrs Roscoe Eliason of Letts was appointed chairwoman of the Iowa Farm Bureau women’s committee succeeding Mrs Raymond Sayre Ackworth who resigned last month. Eliason has long farm bureau involvement and has served on the state women’s committee for four years. A former teacher in Louise County she is Northwestern and McPheil School of Music graduate. Her husband is active in Farm Bureau work. They have two children Kay a World War II veteran and Anne both students at Iowa State College. Eliason will serve Sayre’s unexpired term until November when a full two year term will be considered by the state federation.
