Wayland observers note Duke Schlatter, once a patient at Mercy Hospital, returned home on July 19 after a week in care. The village also heard of local families traveling, camps, and celebrations, including Open House for Frank Magdefrau’s 80th birthday with neighbors and relatives attending.
