An advertisement offers home fruit delivery by M. Lombardo and promotes Karl's Clover Root Tea as a universal cure for headaches and nervous diseases. It also markets K. C. Carris & Co, Smoke Wolters' Game Trout and Best 5e cigar as top market items.
The firm lists an eight room house with barn and fruit, eight blocks from the square priced at 1850 with 11 a month rent terms. Also a seven room house with 14 lots five blocks from the square for 1100, plus a neat five room cottage on the east side for 1300. Also building sites in East Side and Highland Park with option to buy a lot and have a house built on easy terms.
