Des Moines Iowa July 20 another tax reduction for farmers and livestock raisers in the state was announced by the Iowa Farm Bureau Federation The plan cuts about 15 700 000 off county reported livestock valuations and moves them to the same percentage basis as other property The state executive council approved the adjustment after a special session led by Charles E Hearst president of the bureau with work dating to 1921 and set to take effect on spring tax payments next year
