Boise based state promoter Barney Wozniak dyed a emerald beard to publicize Keep Idaho Green for the U S Forest Service. The stunt drew reactions from Idaho wives, beauty salons and Twin Falls residents as centennial celebrations spurred humorous beard related antics.

A-H Activities The Busy Bees 4-H Club met at Barb Guy's with nine members answering roll and presenting demonstrations on Fruit Pies Non Fat Cake and Conventional Cafe. Committees were named for welcoming judge's helpers refreshments and ribbon. Local Achievement Day set for July 25 at the Isaac Walton League Building at 1 30 p m with public invited.
