Mrs Chas Burhan and baby visited Keota two weeks ago. On the Fourth Daisy Winfield Burhan died after brain fever at 8 15 a m yesterday. The two year old, bright and beloved, is buried in Elm Grove Cemetery after a funeral from David Ewing's residence at two this afternoon. The JOURNAL extends sympathy to the grieving parents.
George Hopengardner of Etna on the Kittanning road died last Saturday night about ten o clock in his 78th year. A respected man, he leaves a wife and grown children. Funeral held Wednesday afternoon with interment at Etna cemetery.
