Funeral services for Androy G Cunningham who died yesterday afternoon will be held Saturday at 2 30 at the late home on South Iowa avenue conducted by Rev T F Barker of the Methodist church. G A R members will attend. Burial in Elm Grove cemetery. He was 71, enlisted at fifteen in Company B Forty fifth Iowa Infantry. He married Sarah M Faris in 1868. Survived by five children three grandchildren seven nephews and one sister. He spent much of life in hardware and was custodian of the courthouse for twenty years. He was a member of the Methodist church and G A R.

She was born November 6 1854 near St Claireville Ohio and married Joseph C Purvis December 23 1874. Surviving: husband, mother Mrs James Eckles, ten children including Emma B Purvis, Frofeme, Lloyd E B Purvis, Etna White, Edna Purvis, and others. one daughter Bessie died in 1910.
