Highland to host choral festival
Highland Community High School will host a high school choral festival on Saturday February 8 featuring about 400 singers from Columbus Keota Waco Washington and Highland. Directed by Charles Ashford of Washington High School the chorus includes area directors Paul Duncan Patricia Brown Betty Becker and Robert Youngquist. The concert titled American Music Past and Present begins at 730 pm with a full chorus and individual choirs and an admission of 50 cents for students and 1.00 for adults.
