Washington Jaycees will conduct the annual porch light campaign Thursday evening to raise funds for the 1954 March of Dimes. Citizens are asked to leave porch lights on from 6:30 to 7:30 while Jaycee volunteers canvass the city. Infant Dies After Refusal Of Care At Chicago Hospital
