Swift Services Set For Monday at 9 30
Funeral services for Martin Swift 85 are announced for next Monday morning at 9 30 at St James Catholic church with Rev H J Corcoran officiating burial in Elm Grove cemetery. A rosary will be held Sunday evening at eight at L A Jones funeral home. Swift died Wednesday at Rapid City. He was born Oct 14 1860 in Oneida Illinois son of Martin Swift and Mary Swift. He lived in South Dakota since 1912. Surviving are two sons Joe Rapid City Oswin Oregon a daughter Mrs James F Duffy Hollywood Calif and one sister Mrs Jane Bruty Washington. There are 12 grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
