Des Moines reports show more than 150 million dollars paid to Iowans in assistance programs over eight years. Seventy one school children and three teachers escaped injury today as a one story brick school house burned in Webster City Iowa. The blaze destroyed the building housing kindergarten through fourth grade and the cause was not known at noon.
