John Knittel 81 Dies at Riverside Home
John Knittel 81 of Riverside died suddenly at his home this morning after a heart ailment. Funeral plans await word from relatives in Oklahoma. He was a parishioner of St Marys Church and active in the Holy Name Society and the Catholic Order of Foresters. He married Ella Wieland in 1888 and celebrated their 58th anniversary in 1947. He is survived by his wife, daughter Edna Bushek, son Elmo J. Knittel, a brother Ramey, a sister Mrs Anna Bouquet of Oklahoma, two grandchildren and one great grandchild.
