Two Creston Boys Held For Car Theft Spree
Two teenage Creston farm boys aged 14 and 16 were arrested in Red Oak after a car theft spree. They stole a car at Cromwell, abandoned it at Corning, then took a second vehicle. A gas station attendant at Dickeyville provided the license number. Neither boy was identified.

Boy 15 Charged In Shooting Of Parents In Minnesota
Richard Ingledue age 15 shot his parents after coming home late in Brooklyn Park Minnesota. Police say a 410 shotgun fired during the dispute hit him in the head and leg and his mother in the leg. The boy fled in the family car and was arrested three hours later about 74 miles north of the scene.
