Man and Boy Killed In Railway Crossing Crash

DES MOINES Jan 9 The Iowa Supreme Court reversed an earlier ruling and set aside the manslaughter conviction of Clarence Wilson one of three Oskaloosa brothers linked to a fatal fight June 15 1942 that killed Henry Bolden. Wilson was sentenced to eight years. His brother Glenn was retried after a separate appeal and acquitted.
