At Rock Island depot yesterday evening No. 49 arrived from the east with a new motor car replacing the steam engine. It is the first of eight such cars on the Missouri division. The set will include a combination mail baggage coach and an additional trailer to handle about 100 passengers. William Livingston, back for the holidays with his parents, left last night for Harvard University to resume his studies.
