John Garrett 71 died last night at the Clarence Johnson home north of West Chester after a year of declining health. A lifelong Washington county resident except for about ten years in Kansas New York and Minnesota he was born near Washington Dee on 1861. Surviving are sisters Mrs Carrie Boileau Mrs Mollie Wiley and Mrs Lon Moothart and brothers Harve and Ernest Garrett. Funeral services Friday at 2 pm at L A Jones funeral home with burial in Elm Grove Cemetery.
