Riverside man John Mottet dies at 76
John Mottet 76 lifelong Riverside resident died Wednesday at his home after a heart attack. Funeral at St Marys church with Rev B Jacobsmeter, burial at Mt Olivet. He was a dairy farmer for 25 years, married Mary Minge in 1882, and leaves six children, twenty four grandchildren, two sisters, five sisters, and a niece in Washington. He was a devout Catholic and charter member of the Holy Name Society.
