An eyewitness account by hotel owner J O Goocon recounts arrival on the 12 05 train and the room request followed by a fatal shot as disturbing notes and cash and stock are found after coroner’s inspection. The narrative includes an added retail advertisement and a later report of a Madeira Islands voyage correspondence.
