Brock Is Fined for Liquor Nuisance by Judge Bechly
Richard Brock was arrested Saturday on a liquor charge and arraigned before Judge Frank Bechly. He pleaded guilty to maintaining liquor nuisance and was sentenced to six months in jail and a $300 fine plus costs, suspended only by good behavior. the fine would extend over more than three months if unpaid.
