Mae Beveridge 76 died at the United Presbyterian Home after months of illness. Funeral services were held at Sherman's Funeral Home and will be at the United Presbyterian church in Somonauk. Burial is in Somonauk cemetery. She taught at Knoxville College for 14 years and at a mountain youth school in Frenchburg Kentucky before retiring to Monmouth and moving to the Home. Survivors include her sister Margaret. Six brothers are deceased.
