Funeral at Keota for Martha Smock Today
Funeral services for Martha Smock formerly of Keota were held at Marsh funeral home. Burial followed in Keota cemetery. She died at her sister Mrs Dudley Crone's home in Cedar Rapids at 10 am Thursday. Surviving are two sisters Mrs Sherman Daugherty of Chicago and Mrs Crone of Cedar Rapids and a brother A C Smock of Sheldon.

John W Rath 79 Iowa industrialist died at his home following a cerebral hemorrhage. Rath helped found Rath Packing in Waterloo and served as president and chairman of the board.
