FBI Locates Infant Near Creston Iowa
A 19 month old Utah baby kidnapped last summer was found unharmed at a Union County farm home near Creston. Mrs Maxine Radford and her husband were jailed on federal unlawful flight charges with Radford held on a 1900 dollar bond. Dennis Carter had disappeared July 18 and was recovered Wednesday night with custody transferred to Des Moines juvenile authorities.

Fugitive Captured With Kidnaped Wife
A 16 year old fugitive from a California mental hospital and his 17 year old wife were captured after a 15 minute police pursuit in north Denver. Their car crashed into a gulch injuring both. He broke a window to ventilate the house and they were taken to Collins Memorial Hospital where attendants said all were expected to recover.
