14 year old boy sentenced in Betsy Benham murder
Harold M Dalibozak a 14 year old runaway was found guilty of murder in the July 29 death of 5 year old Betsy Benham. He was sentenced to 14 years with a 30 day waiting period before transfer to Stateville Prison. The jury deliberated 5 hours 45 minutes and Dalibozak claimed innocence after the verdict.
