Farmers Institute Sessions Devoted To Hen And Horse
The afternoon session of the farmers institute featured George W. Dodder on The Busy Hen with breeding tips and top fowl varieties. Professor Bliss discussed The Horse, urging better American stock and noting rising demand and care for land, sheep, and grains. William McClean spoke on What Underlies Washington County highlighting underground wealth and coal prospects. The program adjourned to the evening session with L. W. Grosscup absent Cancelling.
