Paving Workman Dies After Illness at Washington County Hospital
Carl Irving Grant died at eight this morning in Washington County Hospital after a three day illness while working on Highway 161 paving near Ainsworth. Born July 19, 1894 in Andover Illinois, he spent most of his life in Cambridge, Illinois and worked four years for Central Engineering of Davenport. He leaves surviving siblings and travels for burial set for Cambridge Illinois.
