Four Miller sisters die in barn fire haystack incident
In Mifflinburg Pennsylvania four Miller sisters aged 9, 7, 5, and 2 died in a barn fire after crawling into a haystack to play. Socialite sues Otis after five days trapped in elevator
Rosemary Bauer Bull, 58, filed a $100,000 suit against Otis Elevator Co for negligence after spending 113 hours confined in a two by two foot elevator in her Chicago near North Side home. She was rescued by handyman Al Cecchi who forced entry and freed her. She lost 12 pounds and says her health was permanently harmed.
