Electors in Ka lona Wellman and West Chester Iowa are notified of a September 1963 election to choose a director for a three year term to replace Robert L. Stout and a two year term for treasurer replacing Stanley R. Barber. A schoolhouse tax proposition of up to two and one half mills is placed before voters for three years. Precinct voting details and district boundaries are listed with old districts assigned to West Chester Wellman and Kalona polling sites. Helen D Berendts is secretary.
