Hazel Caroline Leffler born November 1 1895 in Washington county daughter of George and Eleanor Leffler. Married December 24 1913 to Earl Berkshire in Washington county later moved to Wayland 21 years ago. Survived by husband two sons Wayne Mt Pleasant Eldred Burlington one daughter Mrs George Haber man Tama one sister Mrs Besse Hanft Charleston Ill five grandchildren five half brothers and three half sisters.

New Car Demolished In Collision Here
A nearly new car driven by Robert Norman Sarnoski of Detroit, Michigan, was wrecked at 7:25 a.m. at West Washington Street and South Avenue D when hit on the side by a car driven by Dale John Fritz of Washington. The Sarnoski car rolled onto its wheels, its top crushed. Fritz’s front end, grille and headlights were damaged. Fritz said he did not see the Sarnoski vehicle as it traveled west on Washington. Arm bruises were the only injuries to Arsene Sarnoski, 19, and Robert Sarnoski, 21.
