Paris reports a broad raid on anti Semites and Patriots with arrests including Jules Guerin and Deroulede for treason as authorities claim a plot against the republic. Witnesses recount courtroom turmoil as Casimir Perier faces questions over confinement of military dossiers and German diplomacy.
