The Iowa Central Railway introduces a sleeping car service from St Paul and Minneapolis to Kansas City St Louis and Peoria with the Peoria limited departing Brighton at 6 41 a m daily and arriving Peoria by 11 20 a m.
The new telephone central was opened on the second floor of the Temple Building under Mise Blanche McKee by day and Mr Holding by night. It serves Wellman and Prairie Flower lines and is to be finished to a genteel standard in days, with plans for a church and community growth.
